Mr. Chen Yujian, Deputy Head of Songjiang District along with other district leaders inspected the Sci-Tech Parkdeveloped by PREMIER Group. Mr. Xie Guangping, Managing Director of PREMIER Group and Mr. Ma Jun, General Manager of PREMIER•Ledu City warmly received the inspection team.

Marketing Director of PREMIER Group made a comprehensive presentation on the overall program and positioning of the project. PREMIER team was dedicated to upgrading the park to a modernized and advanced Sci-Tech Industrial Park with the integration of entrepreneurship, industry, living, culture, and fashion. The estimated open-to-public schedule was at the end of 2016. The District Deputy Head was further introduced the business investment status and future construction of intelligence platform. The intelligent functions integrated within the industrial park would meet various kinds of requirements of business development.

Mr. Chen, Deputy Head of Songjiang District spoke highly of the achievements reached so far on the Sci-Tech Industrial Park. He pointed out that it was a high-standard, challenging and promising project in Songjiang District.
The project position was set high. With top-level design, high quality construction, and experienced operations, it took full advantage of the valuable industry resources in Songjiang and reformed to an advanced Sci-Tech Park. The brand new industrial park would integrate entrepreneurship and industry with living, culture, and fashion. It was, therefore, under great expectations to become the symbolic landmark of Songjiang.

The challenging part was the implementation. The full integration of industry and business required the park more opportunistic, more scientific, more inclusive, and more stylish than other industrial parks. It was exciting to see PREMIER Group’s heavy investment from the beginning. As a well-known design company in the fields of factory reconstruction and smart city planning, SUD Planning and Design Firm also achieved satisfactory preliminary results. In terms of full scale implementation, Deputy Head Mr. Chen emphasized on an open-minded strategy. The park should embrace multiple industries and value chains for sustainable development. Mr. Chen also acknowledged the difficulties to achieve financial balance. As PREMIER Group was fully responsible for the management and operation of the project and the only revenue came from rental income, the company undertook great capital pressure. Mr. Chen advised that Premier study and analyze thoroughly on capital investment and strictly follow fiscal plans during the construction. Meanwhile, the district government would give full policy support on the project. Through all efforts, the Sci-Tech industrial park would bring both social impact and economic benefit to Songjiang.

All parties were fully committed to rapid development courses of the Sci-Tech Industrial Park.
